The SM35- board is designed to support 8-bit Microchip PIC® MCU products in the PIC®16 and PIC®18 Family with 40 pin MCU's.

The SM35- is still a great choice if you are interested in using lower pin MCU's in the PIC®10 and PIC®12 familys, we have the SM24- Adapter Board and the SM18- Adapter Board (see Adapter Board section).
If you are planning to expand past the 40 pin MCU's we recommend purchasing the SM72-.
All our "PIC®" Display Boards have adapters accept the SM18-.
